Who is responsible
The data controller for this website is «تيك فالى لإنتاج وتطوير النظم المدمجة» (Tech Valley), an Egyptian limited liability company, registered at: Room in Apartment 3, Floor 26, Building 35, Obour Buildings, Salah Salem Street, Heliopolis, Cairo, Egypt.

What we collect
When you send the contact or demo form:
- Your name.
- The contact method you choose (email or phone number).
- The need or product you ask about.
- Your message.
- The page language and the date sent.
The form does not ask for accounting data, identity documents or payment card details — please don’t send them.
When you email us: we receive what you send and your email address.
Technical logs: like any website, the hosting server records technical data about requests (such as IP address, browser type, requested page and time) for operation and security.
Protecting the form from abuse: we temporarily keep a hashed fingerprint of your IP address with the submission time for up to one hour to limit the number of requests, and a hash of the message for 15 minutes to prevent double sending. These records do not contain your message text.
What we don’t use
- The website does not set its own cookies.
- We use no analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
- Fonts and site files are served from our own server; no third-party services load while you browse.
The “open on a map” link, the Salis website, the app pages on Google Play and the WhatsApp button open external services with their own policies, and nothing from them loads unless you click. The Google Play badge image is served from our own server.
Why we use your data
- To reply to your request or question.
- To arrange a demo or provide the support you asked for.
- To protect the website and form from abuse and automated messages.
We don’t use form data to send marketing messages, and we don’t sell it.
Who receives it
The Tech Valley team handling your request.
Our hosting and email provider (Hostinger), as a service provider hosting the website and mailboxes. Service providers’ servers may be located outside Egypt.
If you message us on WhatsApp or call us, your message or call passes through WhatsApp (Meta) or the phone carrier under their own policies, and we receive your number and what you send.
Any authority we are legally required to disclose to.
How long we keep it
Form messages and emails are kept in company mailboxes for as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up, and are deleted in periodic reviews once no longer needed.
Form-protection records are deleted automatically after the periods above. Server logs follow the hosting provider’s settings.
Your rights
You can ask to know what data we hold about you, to correct it, delete it, or object to its use, in line with applicable law. Send your request to nagy@techvalley-eg.com; we may ask for proof of identity only as far as needed to protect your data.
Security
The website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and we keep the data we collect to a minimum. No transmission or storage is completely secure, so please don’t send sensitive data we don’t need.
Children
The website is aimed at businesses and their owners, not at children.
Changes
If what the website does with data changes — for example, adding an analytics tool — we will update this page and its date before the change takes effect.
